Hang Your PC On The Wall

Zenith Computer has launched a new personal computer that can be hanged on the wall. It has a 17 inches LCD flat screen and comes with a keyboard and mouse. But what about the motherboard, processor, graphics card and power supply. It is the first of its kind to squeeze the entire CPU into the monitor and it designed by an Indian engineer. It is powered by a Dual Core Intel processor, one GB memory and a hard disk that starts with 80 GB. It has built-in speakers and full set of networking and wireless slots. The engineers have come up the some clever ideas: The display can be hung flat on the wall, placed upright on the desk or fitted to be a small tabletop. They call it Smart Style PC and it costs Rs. 20000 – which would be considered ‘paisa wasool’ by canny buyers.
These is a slot in the display casing to include a DVD burner for home users who might well like to throw in an external TV tuner for couple of thousand rupee and hang the SmartStyle PC on their bedroom wall where they can watch TV or movies or surf the net in comfort. With space at a premium at both home and office, the Zenith SmartStyle looks like a clever idea whose time has come.
